Services

Following a comprehensive assessment covering full clinical, medical, psychological and eating/body-related problems, we develop an interactive formulation that includes: a detailed timeline of the client's history, traumas, and life-changing events to guide the treatment plan. This personalized plan may involve collaboration with one of nine’s team nutritionists and/or psychotherapists, who are affiliated with the clinic, regularly supervised, and participate in case management meetings and peer supervision.

Each stage of therapy is tailored to client's specific needs, integrating various therapeutic modalities and specialties such as CBTE (either focused or expanded to include DBT skills, self-esteem work, perfectionism focused work and trauma work for instance), Schema Therapy, CBT Plus for dealing with those struggling to lose ‘health complicating’ overweight, managing comorbidities, MANTRA, medication management, and Family Based Therapy for supporting young individuals.
