Mohamed is a Lecturer of Psychiatry at Kasr Al Ainy, Cairo University. He received his Masters in Psychiatry in 2017, then worked in the UK as a Specialist Psychiatrist for two years. Currently, he is back in Cairo and obtained his MD in Psychiatry from Kasr Al Ainy in 2022.

 

Mohamed doesn’t rely solely on prescribing medications, as he’s been practicing psychotherapy for nine years now. He’s deeply interested in the thought processes of each client—the complex, profound, and existential ones specifically. He particularly enjoys helping patients understand themselves better.

By using a humanistic approach, Mohamed helps clients feel less stuck in their lives; while walking alongside them through their process of growth, and ultimately towards feeling less anxious and depressed.
